hi guys just hoping for some ideas installed ini file into fsacars
but when i try to send i get error sending log database error have attached ini file

You're certainly not the first to have a problem with FSACARS in the beginning. I'll take a look at it tomorrow and post a reply that hopefully will solve the issue.

In the interim, just confirm you are following the process outlines in the "how to" posts in this Forum?

yep i sure am already had fsacars installed added ini file thence deleted
and reinstalled for a fresh start but no start lol

Just compared the ewa.ini files and yours looks okay. I noted that I hadn't set any data for you in the basedata table which I've done now. Could you please try the flightrep submission process again by doing a short flight with FSACARS running and let me know if the change I've made now allows your flightreps to go through.

just did another test flight but unfortunatly still same problem saying
error sending log database error agai Crying or Very sad

Okay Mick. Don't despair! I've just done a flight with FSACARS running and sent the flightrep okay, so we know the system is working okay. Next step, can you post your fsacars.ini file for me to check also.

problem found i couldn't see the forest through the trees as they say.
the problem was the log file was not fully transfered when the ini file was activated.
here is the offending file
Log=http://www.eastwestva.org/pirep/receive_pirep.php
that should have read
siteLog=http://www.eastwestva.org/pirep/receive_pirep.php
so fsacars didn't know were to send pirep.
so i guess such a little prob could slip through but is good for
future ref so now im of to load pax.
